Fitting is simple, take the case out, take the old gears out, put Rockhopper gears in, put the case back in, fill with oil, enjoy. A small amount of grinding is required inside the case on this model .

Laser cut and precision bent from 5 mm steel plate, not some old square section with a hole saw run through it like some of the perches out there.
Ideal for spring over conversions.
Supplied ready to weld on, with bracing plates.
Predrilled for standard spring centre pin, but there's plenty of room if you want to redrill it further forward.

A return to centre steering stabiliser reduces shimmy, driver fatigue as well as hazards from potholes and blowouts.Steering wheel kick is virtually elliminated. When the steering stabiliser is expanded or compressed the coil pulls the shock back to the neutral position. The unit simply replaces the existing one on all models.
